The SM-SR1 is designed for 1-inch cylindrical lenses (maximum thickness 12.7mm) and other rotation-sensitive optical components.

Technical Description

• The SM-SR1 is suitable for 1-inch (Ø1″) cylindrical lenses up to 12.7mm thick or other rotation-sensitive optical components. Cylindrical lenses can only focus or diverge light beams in one dimension, making alignment difficult in standard lens sleeves. The SM-SR1 can be clamped between two lens sleeves to rotate the installed component without disturbing the sleeves.

• The mount features a knurled edge for rotation adjustment and a 360° laser-engraved scale with 2° graduation. Continuous rotation enables precise repeat positioning and fine angle adjustment.

• The back of the mount is equipped with an SM1 (1.035”-40) quick-release adapter, allowing users to quickly disconnect and reconnect the mount from the lens sleeve assembly. Note: When installing optical components, the adapter must be removed first.

• The mount has an M4 threaded hole at the bottom, which can be directly mounted on a 12mm (Ø12mm) rod for free-space applications.
