Technical Description
(1) The MA45-V can mount optical adjustment frames at a 45° angle relative to optical platforms, breadboards, or workbenches. The adapter is made of heat-treated 304 stainless steel, which has a relatively low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). Heat treatment eliminates internal stress in the material, avoiding thermal hysteresis. Therefore, we recommend using compatible low-drift components of the same series for matching installation.
(2) The 45° mounting bevel is provided with 1 M4 threaded hole for fixing the optical adjustment frame, while the M6 threaded hole at the bottom can secure the adapter to the connecting rod. Two Ø2mm alignment pin holes are drilled next to each threaded hole, facilitating precise installation of the adjustment frame and connecting rod.
